We provide a wide range of UST services for all phases of Release Assessment as well as Tank Closure Services,  Compliance monitoring and permitting, and tank management services. KLM Environmental is a fully licensed and insured Class I UST Contractor through the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. 

KLM offers drilling and probing services for any level of exploration, assessment, or remediation. Our drilling staff can provide well installation services at any level, along with discreet soil and groundwater sampling, which, often times, can be analyzed in the field using our mobile lab.

We provide such tests and services such as; tank testing, line testing, leak detector tests, shear valve tests, overfill verification and testing, sensory operability tests, ATG/SIR inspection, cathodic protection tests, spill bucket testing, hydrostatic dispenser containment Sump testing

KLM has become a state wide leader in tank cleaning services for petroleum retail outlets as well as bulk facilities. Our approach to tank cleaning and fuel maintenance for ethanol blended fuel, diesel, and ordinary gasoline sites has saved our clients thousands of dollars over the traditional filtering methods.

Our staff has been trained by the American Society of Testing and Materials and is able to preform Phase I and/or Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for commercial real estate transactions, to the codified Federal Standards. Additionally we also offer Resource Conservation and Recover Act (RCRA) planning and investigation services.

We offer a variety of methods for tank cleaning services as well as pre-inspection services.
